We have loved and been involved with the breed for over 25 years. We are a small kennel with a breeding program that focuses on correct conformation, coat and temperament, usually only having one litter per year. We have had considerable success in the show-ring under local and international judges culminating in multi Best Exhibit in Show awards. Most importantly however, we have produced beautiful dogs that have made many families complete and we love the continued relationships that have been fostered as a result!
Our dogs are an integral part of the family and spend a lot of time in the house with us when they are not outside running free and enjoying their semi-rural lifestyle.

There are three Supreme Champion Airedales in Australia. Supreme Champion Oldiron Flamethrower, Torch, American and Supreme Champion Oldiron Foreign Xchange, Treasure and the third is sired by Grand Champion Oldiron Just Awesome!
Torch won TOP AIREDALE TERRIER 2010,2011,2012 and his daughter Millie is now in the lead.
The ONLY Airedale Dual Champion in Australia is John Pye's Oldiron It's Ben! He had to win at Shows and Obedience for this honour.
At Australia's biggest Show, Melbourne Royal Show we have won Best Airedale 23 times, Best Terrier 8 times and Best in Show Third. Champion Oldiron Boomerang, Boomer is the only dog of any breed to win Best Puppy in Show at both Melbourne and Sydney Royal shows.
Ch Oldiron One In A Million, Millie won our 37th Airedale Terrier Club Best in Show. 28 in Victoria, 9 in NSW.
We have had Oldiron Champions in six different countries and every state in Australia so sending healthy pet pups interstate is not a problem. We have a reputation to protect. American and Australian Champion Oldiron Margaret River became the Breed record holder (Biggest winning Airedale Ever) when she went to America. In Australia she was handled to many of her best wins, including Top Victorian Terrier Puppy, by 13 year old Claire Tyler. The ideal temperament we need for a show dog, stared at, poked and prodded by judges is the ideal temperament for an outgoing, kidproof family pet. 6 old Keysha loves to show Millie.

We have imported a new bloodline to Australia from Grand Champion Joval Angel's Kiss who was the World Champion Airedale 2008 and also Best of Breed Airedale at Crufts 2007. Her son is American Grand Champion Joval On Angel's Wings "Jake".

Jake an upcoming Airedale has now achieved the title of Grand Champion in only 3 weekends in the USA, last year we had 2 successfully litters from Jake with, Winnie Clydebrook Cranberry, and Belairedales Chardonnay.

We are looking forward to our next litter in 2013 with Belairedales Chardonnay.
We hope the introduction of this line to Australia will ensure a new blend of bloodlines for future years for the breed.

Owners of "Rex" Airebury Eaglehawk and "Winnie" Clydebrooke Cranberry and "Chardy" Ch Belairedales Chardonnay.

Chardy obtained her Champion title at just over 12 months of age and has now retired from the show scene, we will be continuing our breeding with her and Jake in the near future.

AVODEN Shooting Star "Klondike" has been used at stud in the UK and Australia with excellent results.
