Varewell Dalmatians have owned and exhibited Dalmatians since 1982 and bred since 1990. Varewell Dalmatians have been exhibited in NSW, Vic and Qld to Best in Show and Class In Show Awards including National Specialty Best in Show 2015. Breeding only when a new exhibit is desired, the time spent planning each litter has been rewarded with Australian Champions from every litter.

We are located in Nowra, South Coast NSW, approx 2 hours south of Sydney.
Dalmatians have been part of our lives since 1995 when we started with Ch Rundot Lusite Charm, a lovely black girl from Townsville. Since then, we have made many lifelong friends within our breed, enjoyed showing our dogs, and experienced the joy of raising puppies.
Our dogs are house dogs and companions, and all our puppies are born and raised inside our home, with the able assistance of all our other adult dals.
Excellent temperament is paramount, as is correct conformation. We follow Puppy Culture as our puppy raising protocol, which allows us to send out confident, happy, well adjusted, resilient puppies.
We offer lifetime support; a phone call, email, or message via our FB group or Page, Dalysium Dalmatians, will allow us to chat about whatever you need to know.
UPDATE 21 AUG 2020: our litter of 2 was born 13/8/20, and are both sold. There may be another litter later this year, depending on the current Covid situation at that time.

After 26 years of showing breeding and traning miniature horses to hundreds of National Grand Champions we have decided to down size and enjoy time with our beautiful Dalmatians.
We have been very lucky and after only a short time have enjoyed enormous success with out dogs having one of the most successful young dogs in the country who gained his supreme champion title as one of the youngest Dalmatians
We were also pleased to gain runner up in show best female and runner up male at our national championship
Our dogs enjoy time successfuly competing in both conformation shows and dog sports. The greater part of their life is spent playing and running on the hills of our farm and sitting on the couch

Our Dalmatians are family pets first, the training and dog sports I do with them is a bonus. They love nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa next to you (and if they get the chance being a lapdog) as well as being ready to play games and train. They train and/or compete in a variety of performance dog sports such as Obedience, Rally Obedience, Tracking, Track and Search, Scent/Nose Works, Agility, Jumping, Games and Endurance Test as well as the Conformation Ring. Puppies are brought up in a home environment using protocols to give them a variety of enrichment, exposure and experiences before going to their new homes.

Loraul Kennes is home to a small selection of happy house companions, all who have incredibly loving temperaments.

Puppies from Loraul Kennels will come with a puppy pack which will contain a folder of information important for taking care of a new Dalmatian puppy, a packet of food the puppy has been eating, a collar and lead, and a blanket smelling like mum to help them feel comfortable in their new home.

Both parents are of great lines, both been show dogs (with Dad obtained his Champion title while Mum's show career to date being put on hold due to COVID and now pregnancy). Both Mum and Dad have had a BAER (hearing) test done confirming they have bilateral hearing (full hearing) and DNA tested.

Although I have been a breeder of French Bulldogs for many years, owning a Dalmatian is a dream come true.

This breed is truly something else, with that grin showing off their pearly whites, smart, cheeky, loving and loyal personalities what more could you want.

We are a small family based kennel, with a breed association since 1978. We actively showed and bred until 1998 when Griffons first joined us and became the show team. Since then, we have continued to share our lives with dallies, and have maintained close ties and interest in the breed.

Daisy came to us from Neehi (Jenni O’Connor) in 2019, and reignited the flame!

As with our Griffons, we breed rarely, but always with three priorities:

* temperament
* our breed standard.
Our dogs are are family members first, and their puppies are raised in our home, appropriately socialised and initially trained.

Puppies are only available to approved homes, and leave here with lifetime assistance.
