I have been breeding Fawn and Brindle Great Danes for 41 yrs. My 1st Grand Ch at 2 1/2 yrs is Multi BIS BISS Aust Grand Ch Chelshar Bronson . Mating Bronson to our Beautiful brindle girl Aust Ch Congistador No Nonsense IMP NZ "Piper" produced an outstanding litter, their son Aust Ch Chelshar the Magician ,"Merlin"and his sister Aust Ch Charmed "Paige"were titled at 12mths, 5 other puppies from that litter were titled at just over 12 mths of age.We have two new additions to the Chelshar family Aust Ch Kochak Omnipotent"Chelsea" and the youngest Aust Ch Rithpen King of Kings "Dalton" making his presents felt in the show ring.Although the puppies do very well in the show ring they also are wonderful companions and a very BIG part of our family.We have a new brindle addition to our family Rithpen Miss Congeniality 'Gracie ',although Gracie has been to only a few shows she is well on her way to her Australian Championship ,winning best opposite Minor Puppy in Show at the Great Dane Club Ch show .We are hoping to get Gracie out and about later this year .

During that time we have bred many Best Exhibit in Show winners at both specialty and All Breeds Shows,amassing an outstanding record of 77 Best and Runner Up Best Exhibit In Show awards. Congistador is recognized as the top Great Dane Kennel in NZ worldwide, we have won Dane of the Year for the last 14 years in succession, have Owned/ Bred 2 x of the 3 Great Danes to achieve GRAND CHAMPION in this country, also 2 SUPREME CHAMPIONS in Australia, all accomplishing this supreme title with many BEST EXHIBIT IN SHOW and R/UP BEST EXHIBITS IN SHOW awards, bred/owned 42 Champions in New Zealand, Australia and USA. Our kennel was also awarded top All Breeds Kennel 2008 & 2009 on Dogzonline.. We have worked hard over the years to breed happy, healthy Great Danes and health Test extensively with hips, elbows, thyroid & heart. Our dogs are consistently the
judges choice in the show ring.We are proud of our accomplishments and enjoy seeing our puppies primarily in loving family homes. It is lovely to have them shown but our priority is first and foremost to make sure our puppies are in excellent family environments .

We are located on the Capricorn Coast of Central Queensland and have been Registered Breeders with Dogs Queensland since early 2000.
We breed Blues and the Harlequin line from dogs with outstanding health, temperaments and sound confirmation.
Although we commenced our kennels with Australian bred Danes, we soon realized that we needed to diversify our genetic pool and started looking at the European Great Danes, where these gentle giants originated.
We commenced importing frozen semen of carefully selected dogs from, Denmark, England, Ireland, Hungary and Croatia and soon after, we started importing a number of dogs from the UK, Hungary, Croatia and Russia, which has allowed us to greatly improve the health, confirmation, size and temperament of all the dogs we are currently breeding.
Our dogs are very much part of our family and at the center of our lives.
From a very young age, our Danes are socialized with family, friends, children of all ages and a variety of farm animals.
Our puppies are currently living with selected loving families in every Australian State and Territory.
We have also exported a number of puppies to a number of countries including New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Tahiti and Japan.

Wishgram Great Danes is a small family run establishment. With all members of the family involved in breeding and raising the Great Dane dogs that we love. We are located in the north west of NSW on a property near Bonshaw. Our aim is to breed top quality dogs with the best of temperaments. We have three generations of girls living with us at the moment and our stud males are carefully selected to ensure the quality of our pups and provide optimum genetic diversity. We use solar power to our kennels for heating in winter and coolers in summer and we use bore/rainwater for cleaning. But we will not compromise or cut corners when it comes to feeding or veterinary care, using only top quality foods, wormers etc. We are happy to arrange transport of our puppies to their new owners or give detailed instructions and help in finding us. TuxDanes was established in 2015, as a mother-daughter hobby breeder team in the northern suburbs of Perth however we have been involved in the breed for 10+ years.
Our aim is to breed home raised Great Danes, from health tested lines (this includes yearly echocardiogram, yearly thyroid panel conducted via the University of Michigan, ACES eye exams, hip/elbow scoring, GDV panel and a breed panel for IMGD, LEMP, Ichthyosis, Mucopolysaccharidosis VI, Degenerative Myelopathy and a colour panel)
We have been lucky enough to import Danes and semen from around the world - dogs from De Bouleum Kennels (Serbia) and Terras de Atomun Kennels (Portugal) and semen from DCDR Kennels (Italy), WindyCity Kennels (USA), Rosecran Kennels (USA) and TriLa Kennels (USA) - this has already been fruitful as we see the titling of our first home grown girl "AUST CH TUXDANES LADY LUCK (AI) "VIOLA" (FENDER X ARTHEMIS - USA X PRT)
At the moment we breed black, harlequin, merle and mantle Great Danes but will have fawn Danes in the near future.

My name is Frieda Clifton and I have owned and showed Great Danes since 1979 and started breeding in 1981. I have bred 5 Grand Champions and just titled my 42nd Champion. I have also handled another eight Danes to their title, one being an English import. Danefred is the only Great Dane kennel in Australia to have bred 6 Australian champions in one litter with 3 of those obtaining their grand championship and one of those to pass the 2000 pts. Grand Champion Danefred So This Is Heaven then produced four more champions in her second and last litter. Heaven was another Danefred Great Dane BIS and RUBISS winner that provided me with many years of happiness both in the ring and at home.
