I became involved in Greyhounds about 1998 when I got an ex track dog but she didnt stay long due to not being sociable with other animals .... I then with my partner in 2000 got a puppy from a breeder and she was a wonderful ambassador for her breed ...

Greyhounds are great pets. Mine live in the house, along with 2 cats. It's sometimes hard to find a spot on the bed! You need to be aware of state and council laws re off lead walking and muzzling if considering adding a greyhound to your family. The various state Greyhound Adoption Programs have many lovely adult dogs waiting for the right home. Links on my website. The 2 pups in the photo were from her first litter in 2009.

Though only new to the showing of greyhounds I have had them in my family for many years.
