I have been in the dog world since the early 1980's with English Springer Spaniels. I was introduced to the Manchester Terrier in early 2000. I have trialed a few of my dogs in the obedience ring and one having gained her UD title.
Puppies are sometimes available and enquires are welcome.
I have now owned my Manchester since 2004 and are really enjoying her, Missy travels away with us quite often and she is a great little companion.
Baghasdail kennels would like to welcome two new members to the family, Buster and Buddy, these boys have been shown for a couple of years now and Buster has gained his show title. And is now my first champion Manchester Terrier bearing the Baghasdail prefix, Aust Ch Baghasdail Bugsy Malone.
Since this is a rare breed it is wise for people to book for puppies.

I have owned and loved Manchester terriers for 33 years.

We breed Champion Manchester Terriers which are sound, elegant and have great temperaments. All our breeding stock are DNA tested for vWD and are clear of this heredity disease.

Gallifreyan Kennels are proud to announce the success of Ch Gallifreyan The Slayers first litter of four puppies born August 2008. All have their Championship Title, multiple In-Show and In-Group wins. Ch Gallifreyan Rendez Vous was the 2009 Rising Star competition winner and in March 2010 Ch Gallifreyan Enchante was Best In Group.

In 2008 Divasden (Wendy Gill) and Gallifreyan (Samantha Avenell) imported the handsome Aust Ch Harkeats Hellraiser (Razar) from England. He is a super dog with a much sort after pedigree in the UK.

Ch Harkeats Hellraiser and Ch Gallifreyan The Slayer have produced a super litter of five puppies in October 2009. These puppies are living up to our expectations in the show ring with baby puppy of breed and baby puppy in group wins to their credit. Not to mention they are full of fun and much loved family members. April 2010...Gallifreyan Top Secret wins Best of Breed. More updates on the secret litters show careers soon.

We are small family kennel striving to breed Manchester's of quality, type and temperament. For 17 years Manchester's have been part of our family. All our Manchester's have been DNA tested for Vwd and have tested clear. We have only recently started showing our Manchester Terriers and have been lucky enough to gain best of Breeds at Royal shows and championship shows and in group wins. I have been showing dogs for more than 26 years. I started casually in the late 1970's with a Boxer. 1985 was when I started showing consistantly spending 11 years showing my beloved Pugs with great success, 2 years with Cairn Terriers, now Manchester Terriers for 12 years. I love this breed and have enjoyed much success with 23 home grown Champions, 2 of these became Grand Champions as well as one went on to become an International Champion thanks to Hilda Hammer & Kristin Aukrust of Norway.I have titled a Southgate boy a Gallifreyan girl and boy as well as 3 Windypark Manchester Terriers, the later was my foundation.
I take a great deal of pride in the fact that I have titled 20 personally.

I have worked hard to keep my dogs true to UK and Australian type that I am very proud to say have very good temperaments.
