Pembroke Corgis have been a 'Way of Life' here at DYGAE, since 1962, with the 21st Birthday Gift from my husband Gary of baby puppy TARLI- later becoming my first Show Champion - CHAMPION Tendring Golden Eve. All current DYGAES can trace their pedigrees back to this foundation bitch, whose bloodlines combined some of the best of the early Pembroke imports into Victoria and Australia.
DYGAE Pembrokes have achieved great success over the years, not only in the Show Ring but also in Obedience activities and most importantly as the TRUE AMBASSADORS of the breed, loving, active healthy family pets and companions. We currently breed only when able to 'run on' and assess puppies as Show prospects although we do have special youngsters available as ideal pets and companions from time to We occasionally have retired Showdogs available for placement to select forever homes. Thank you Di Baille for the previlage of showing Aust.Ch. Dygae Ice Capade (Freeza). Freeza is a delight to live with and you would never know she was around expect when she hears the dinner bowels. In the short time we have had Freeza she has won Runner Up Best Exhibit in Show, Best in Group and multiple classes in show along with multiple Best of Breeds. Freeza has qualified for the Western Region Top Dog Competion. Again thank you Di sincerely for allowing us to have this beautiful girl.
Recently arriving at Wingdari is the beautiful MADDIE a lovely red/white girl who has only been with me for three weeks. Maddie is the daugher of Aust. Ch. Dygae Ice Capade and Aust. Grand Ch. Dygae Di Caprio. We have already been out showing - winning four lst places, two puppy of breeds and two baby puppy in groups. Thank you Di for giving me such a beautiful girl - Maddie already has won so many hearts.
MADDIE JUST WON AT EIGHT MONTHS OF AGE "RUNNER UP BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP" and then went on to win "MINOR PUPPY IN SHOW". Thank you to Mrs Rhodes(Vic) for this lovely award for Maddie. Maddie already is half way to her Australian Title.
This girl did it again another "MINOR IN SHOW" in top company.
"Maddie" has now gained her Australian Championship Title winning multi classes in show on the way. Thank you Di for letting "Maddie" come and live at Wingdari we love her dearly.

We are raising pups here now. We are expecting new litters to be born before the end of this year. We have been testing our corgis for problems associated with hips, elbows, eyes and hearts for many years and are confident of being able to offer pups with very low risk of these disorders. As a result of our past diligence with DNA testing we know that our pups are not at risk of developing DM (degenerative myelopathy), vWD (von Willebrands disease), EIC (exercise induced collapse) or SCID (severe combined immuno deficiency).
There is a lot of information on our breeding and health testing on our website. You can also get quite a lot of information from my facebook page (Caron McGregor) which has no security screens so browsing is easy, and you can find some additional info by googling Nireno Corgi Youtube. Since 2010 my friends and I have been very successfully showing dogs owned and/or bred by Nireno at major international competitions like Crufts, the world's most famous dog show, the World Dog Show, the European Dog Show, Europasieger, ENCI etc. Corgis bred by us are consistently competitive against the very best in the world.
We pay tax and GST is included in the price of our puppies.

We have a couple of litters per year and also work very closely with other like minded breeders with breeding and finding forever homes for their pups.
All our current adult dogs have had full DNA breed profiles done, (we do not rely on past generations genetics), and all pups are parentage verified. (to confirm their parents)
Do we show? Yes, sometimes, but it’s not a priority.
Our dogs enjoy herding in the cooler months & work with other animals on our property, doing what they enjoy and what they were initially bred for.
When deciding to breed, we all put a huge emphasis on temperament, breeding to the breed standard, while at the same time we are all working at cleaning up the genetics of the breed.
We are located on the Granite Belt, in Queensland, not far from the NSW border and pups can be viewed by appointment at a Brisbane location.
