Hamish is our pride and joy. He was imported by our family from Ashgate kennel in England. As quoted from Robert Hill and Mike Wilson's book - An Illustrated History of the Breed, "The Ashgate Kennel of Sue and Andrew Thompson is the third most successful kennel in the world". This success includes 32 Ashgate dogs to achieve the title Champion in the UK. Hamish is indeed a wonderful ambassador of his breed and impressive pedigree lineage. His best features are his head, legs, carrot tail and harsh coat. He is a valued member of our family and relates well to children and visitors.

Pippa is his mate. She came to us from Thetrens kennel. She has a beautiful disposition and excellent pigmentation. Her features are very feminine but her character is strong and assertive, a true terrier temperament. She has proved herself to be a splendidly proud brood mother and has done a fine job of her first litter.

Both have been shown sparingly due to our family commitments with our competition horses. However Pippa was awarded best in puppy group and reserve challenge bitch at her first outing. Hamish won his first outing in the open dog class.
