Our treasured girl, Sumi is now available for adoption. She is Mains registered & is experienced in the show ring.

Sumi is two years of age & is a total lapdog, is incredibly affectionate, & has a whole lotta Shiba sass! She has a very pretty face, cute expressions & a love of life & all that it entails.

This girl LOVES cuddles & will sleep on your bed, or lounge with you on the couch for hours. She is super smart & likes to be kept 'busy' if left alone (e.g. big, raw, meaty bones to chew on, or treat balls to keep her occupied).
She loves going for car rides with her head out the window & all the exciting smells & adventures that walks entail.

She is undergoing additional socialisation training to improve her interactions with other doggos & currently runs with four other dogs here at home without too much trouble. She also has a few, select, doggy friends.

We will consider a guardianship home (WA only), a show home (all states), or pet home (all states with sterilisation agreement) for Sumi.

We will be selective as to where she will be placed, so we ask for your patience as we find her a home that we feel will be the very best fit for her.

NB: Shibas shed a lot so please bear that in mind before applying. Please also do your research on this breed before deciding to adopt as they are definitely not for everyone!

We have 3 older dogs seeking fur-ever homes on Breeders Terms.
Tohou is a red male, almost 6 years old.
Katsumi is a red female, 3.5 years old
Tay is a red female - almost 5 years old
All 3 are offered on Breeders Terms - not yet to be desexed.
We plan one more litter from Tay & possibly 2 from Katsumi - this should be completed by the end of 2025. We will organise with you for them to be desexed following these breeding.
We would like Tohou to stay entire until at least the end of 2025 - we dont have immediate plans but like to keep our options open.
All 3 are Australian Champions, crate, lead & bath trained.
We would like all 3 to remain in NSW - preferably between Sydney & Wodonga - purely for ease of access to them for breeding.We would have a contract with you to this effect.
Tay would like to be a single house dog.
Katsumi would be happy as a single house dog or with a desexed male of similar size.
Both Tay & Katsumi are house trained & very used to cats.
Tohou would love a desexed girl, pretty much any breed, as company. I would NOT trust him with a cat!
He had always been an outside dog so I suspect he will take some patience & training not to "mark" inside - maybe a belly band is a good idea to start.
All 3 would be good with primary school aged kids & above.
Tohou & Katsumi are not fence climbers of jumpers but Tay can climb to get inside. All Shibas require good fencing.
