Percy is a beautifully balanced bichon who has aquitted himself in the show ring and as a stud dog. Last year he was the (b)TOP BICHON FRISE in AUSTRALIA(b), making it another successful year for KELZARKI. In 2006 Grand Champion Kelzarki Mad Magazine was Top Toy in Australia and the Top Dog All Breeds in NSW, the next year Grand Champion Kelzarki Rusmar Magik was the Top Toy in Australia (Pedigree) and in 2008 he was the Top Bichon in Australia.
Percy is a wonderful character and displays all of the beautiful characterists of the breed. His father is a grandson of the Cruft's Group winner and the(b) Top Dog All Breeds in the UK, Am Eng Ch Paray's I Told You So(b). His mother, Ch Kelzarki Mad About You was in her heyday a fantastic bitch winnning the group at most of Australia's largest shows, she was owned and presented by Simon Briggs.
