Breed Specialist Judge, Judith Charlton (Foxrush Labradors UK) in her critique said:
"1. Blackboy Copper Farthing: smart choc, good coat colour, good neck and shoulders, balanced body, good bone and feet, harsh coat, looked all of a piece, moved with drive. Best Puppy"
Copper also took out Junior in Gundog Group at the 2009 Perth Royal Show under German judge, Mr Horst Kliebenstein.
In 2010, Copper continued her winning form, taking out Best of Breed, Runner Up in Group and Australian Bred in Group and in 2011, finished off her title with a Best of Breed, Runner Up Best of Breed and Open in Group.
