Aust Ch Kiriel Il Divo
Divo has had a great year winning 5 DCC & Best of Breeds (3 under International judges) , a Runner up in Group from Junior , Best Intermediate Dog at the GRCV Championship Show, and to top it off on Saturday November 17th under Ms Tina Illuka (Finland), Gundog Specialist, he not only won a 25 point BEST OF BREED in great company, but topped it off by being awarded BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP (136 ENTRIES) This made Divo an AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION just after his 2nd birthday.
I am so proud of my young man.

Divo is the newest member of the Kiriel family and a delightful baby. He is a repeat of the Kiri/ Jimmy mating that produced Pink -Kiriel Heaven's Angel who was in the top 10 Rising Star Golden Retrievers Nationally in 2010 and No 2 Golden Retriever Rising Star in Victoria.(Dogzonline Pointscore competition)
Divo will be shown from March 2011 and we look forward to seeing him in the ring.

After being shown only lightly for the first half of the year Divo is starting to hit his straps. He had been awarded his Class in Group several times including under Mr Peter Andrews (SA) - Golden specialist. He was first in Puppy Dog class at the Royal Melbourne Show under Mr F Quilles (Brazil)
Divo has several awards at breed specialty shows, including 2nds in Minor Puppy dog at the SA GRC Champ show under both Jim and Audrey Richardson (Scotland), and PUPPY IN SHOW at the Golden Retriever Club of Victoria Champ Show under Mrs Kirsi Nieminen ( Finland) where 127 Goldens were entered.
Critique of Divo by Mrs A Richardson (Scotland) Longer cast than 1. Good length of leg. Super neck and shoulders. Pleasing head with good proportions.Kind dark eye.Well developed hindquarters. Moved soundly in both directions.
