Spike Jnr is from frozen semen I have had stored for many years which is a culmination of my breeding which takes me back to my Canadian Minuteman lines, and leaves me sufficient straws to be able to do one more mating to return another puppy to Minuteman Kennels in appreciation for all that Kate McMillan has done for me. Spike Snr has been gone now for a few years and it was fortunate that Kate allowed me to have him here on loan and to keep frozen semen in storage. Spike Jnr is the 15th Champion in Australia/New Zealand for his sire and we are still counting.

Spike wins include multiple Sweepstakes / In Show Awards under International Judges, R/U Best of Breed at the Victorian Specialty & Puppy in Show which qualified him for Puppy of the Year in Victoria and New South Wales. He is a multiple Best in Groups & multiple All Breeds Best in Show

Spike Jnr exhibits ground covering movement with a strong typical head and ear set plus a correctly banded coarse pepper & salt jacket which is an important "Hallmark" of the breed which is often ignored by judges.
