Congratulations to Peter Williams and "Kayo" on their 30th BIS All Breeds win today, Sunday, October, 16th., 2011 under Ms C Stuart (NSW) at Forbes. They notched up No 29 just the day before under Mr T Valli (NSW)!

With 46 BIS (30) / RUBIS (16)wins at All Breeds Championship Shows in Sydney, Canberra and country New South Wales, and ten years of age in March 2012, "Kayo" is basically retired, spending most of her time keeping her spot on Jann & Peter's bed warm.

However, she still has what it takes, having also taken out her 15th RUBIS (to the Matthews/ Besoff/ Vernon owned Dalmatian) on September 8th, 2011 - a very special win, as the Group and General Specials judge was Mr Graeme Missen (Vic) - handler of the famous Dobermann, Ch Elmaro All Fire.

Shown only rarely this year, other wins in 2011 include a BIS on April 15th awarded by Ms R Williams (NZ), followed a fortnight later with a RUBIS by Mr R S Bell (Vic). On June 4th, she won her 27th BIS All Breeds at Yass over an of 784 under Mrs B Balaaam (Qld)and her 28th on September 25th under Mr W Ranie (ACT).

She was the Number 1 Dobermann bitch Nationally for three consecutive years - 2006-2008 inclusive.In the 2006 Dogz Online Pointscore, "Kayo" was the Utility Group Number One in NSW, and Number Two Dobermann nationally. That year she finished in style, winning BIS in Sydney on December 31st at Dogs New South Wales New Years Eve Show.

"Kayo" was described by Mr W B Shelton (USA) in November 2003 as "a very athletic bitch. Very good in the circle, good reach and drive, very powerful. A compact, good size, moderate sized bitch, with a good croup and tail, strong well let down hock, fairly strong in lower stifle. Good arched feet, good coat colour and markings, good high ear set".

Those judges who have shown their appreciation of "Kayo" all comment favourably on her soundness, as exemplified by her outstanding reach and drive and free flowing action.
