BIS/Multi RUBIS Supreme Ch. Tamsala A Wandering I Go
Having fallen in love with the Tri-colour in Basenjis when I first met Jan Robert's Ch. Tamsala Silkn Sage in 1980 it is a real pleasure to be able to campaign Tamsala Basenjis latest tri show girl Abby.
At 20 months of age Abby became Tamsala Basenji's latest home bred Best In Show winning Champion at the 409th Alice Springs Kennel and Dog Sports Club show on October 22, 2017, under New South Wales hound specialist judge Mrs. Sandra Patterson who commented "I was pleased to award a very sound Basenji Best In Show...always a pleasure when you genuinely make someone’s day".
Thank you Sandra, you truly did make Jan Robert's and my day, Abby's win coming the morning following her father Turnip's {TS Grand Ch, Dual Ch. [Tracking] Yulara Mutua (Imp SWE) - CGC (Delta)} achieving his Track and Search Grand Champion title.
On April 22, 2018 Abby accrued the requisite number of points plus qualifying Best In Group/Best In Show wins to be awarded her Supreme Champion title and in so doing she is the first Tri Colour Basenji Bitch to achieve this award doing so at 2 years 2 months and 16 days of age.
Abby will now have a rest from the show ring over winter; which she hates just as I do and then come out again in summer if the whelping box doesn't call first.
Well Done Abby - you have done Jan and I very proud in all you have achieved.
