Multi BIS & Multi RUBIS Grand Ch Tamsala Hot Diggity Dawg
On March 12, 2006 Ferris stepped into the ring and announced he had well and truly arrived by taking out his first Best Exhibit In Show. Then at 2 years 2 months and 26 days, Ferris achieved his Australian Grand Champion title in style on July 8, 2006 - in only 13 months of showing - by wining his 2nd Best Exhibit In Show.
Not willing to rest on his early successes throughout 2007 & 2008 Ferris added to his major wins and has now amassed a total of 6 BIS and 9 RUBIS wins - he is Tamsala's most successful show dog to date.
We all have 'special' days in our lives and August 15, 2007 will one of those very special days in Heather's life that will remain with her always; Ferris won his 3rd BIS and Maggie achieved her Grand Champion title - Thank you Ferris and Maggie for a memory that will remain with me always.
Heather retired Ferris from full time competition on January 25, 2009 after winning his 6th All Breeds Best Exhibit In Show. Ferris continues to live with with Heather and her show team in the Hunter Valley.
Heather has concentrated her efforts on showing Merlin thus enabling Jess to show Ferris (now that she is tall enough to lift him onto a table) during the cooler months, at first with Rinky and then Maggie on her return to the show ring after her maternal duties.
