Details - We spent 3 days and 2 nights in one of these marvellous wagons. We were taught all about driving the wagon which was pulled by a draught horse and then we were on our way. A map is provided each day and you just follow instructions down these lovely little back lanes between farms.

Camping at night is easy as the owner meets you at the spot with firewood, shower equipment, table and chairs etc and help look after the horse. He also meets you each morning to help hitch up and at lunch to check on things. Our two "girls" loved checking out the bush and in the daytime either sat at the front of the wagon with us or walked next to the wagon when we wanted to stretch our legs a little. An absolutely lovely way of spending a few days as a little family. You can also get several wagons and travel as a group.

Even if you're not a camping person there is no setting up tents each night and the beds are really comfortable in the wagons. They also come with fridge and gas stove and all other necessary equipment.

Rating is given for friendliness, helpfullness and comfort.
