We are a small kennel located in Two Wells South Australia and are the proud owners of BISS and Mulit BIS winning Alaksan Malamutes. Our aim is to own and breed sound healthy malamutes that are a pleasure to show, run in harness and own. All our breeding/show dogs are from American bloodlines with AMCA Chd certification, have hip evaluations (Penn Hip), elbow evaluations, DNA tested for polyneuropathy and arethyroid and eye tested. Our foundation dog was Nyah (BISS, BIS RUBIS Aus Grand Ch Noatak Hayl Storm).Enquiries welcome.

We are a small kennel that started in 1988 and this wonderful breed has been a part of my life ever since.

I don't breed often ,but always for quality.
Aiming for health ,true type, temperament , and movement .

Our dogs are part of the family and have enjoyed showing and sledding activities.

We have no plans for a litter anytime soon .
As we are endeavoring to improve on what we require as a minimum health standard by introducing new lines.

Polarhikes journey started in 2011 when I bought my first Malamute Duke.

I have experienced a lot in the breed to date - being heavily involved in dryland sledding, weightpull and showing.
I believe in breeding to improve the breed. I breed for even temperaments and sound structure. I prove all my dogs in sports necessary to prove their function as a breed whist still making great companions.

Our journey in breeding is only just beginning but are excited to see what the future holds.
