Turrella Kennels was established in 1949 by Cheryls father Alf Ouley (kennel is now 70 years old).The dogs are handled by both Cheryl & Arthur.The Turrella dogs are well known, winning at many major shows with multiple Best In Shows All Breeds, Specialty & Semi Specialty shows. Breeding both red & blue cattle dogs, & producing 69 champion titles so far worldwide & two grand champions, 1 International,3 neutered champions (Queenie was the first to title in Aust.),1 CD,1 CDX,1 AD & 1JD. Exporting 74 dogs to 20 countries. Our dogs are tested for PRA, HIP & ELBOW SCORED & BAER TESTED. When exporting, these tests & good test results are important. Frozen semen is now available in USA, through Scrubbycreek kennels (Mark Bamberry).We have frozen semen in Australia, with Progenetics (Grant Chalk) but could not get it off him, was trying for 2 years, had 3 tribunals at court, was finally converted to cash in court, garnishee orders got my money.

Here at Willowpark we have been breeding for over 30 years. Quiet achievers, we have been selecting and breeding dogs with remarkable temperaments. Outstanding types that have the substance, soundness and brains to achieve almost any challenge given to them.

Our dogs have been sold to many countries around the world and have been shown, with great success. They have been featured in books and calenders, and have also been road tested on the TV show Burkes Backyard. We have bred the Sydney Royal Puppy of Breed winner for 3 years straight. Our dogs have the intelligence to safely work sheep, cattle and have also won at duck trials. Willowpark has produced the highest number of herding titled cattle dogs in Australia.

We breed true all rounders - Royal Show winners, Royal Show obedience winners, Royal show Rally O winners, multi High in Trial winning herding dogs, dogs titled in sheep, cattle and duck herding, agility dogs, working stock dogs, dogs which appear in TV commercials and magazine covers, pets as therapy dogs, the QLD Reds Rugby Union mascot, government certified school education dogs, the list goes on. Our dogs descend from the Jellendore line - which produced Australia's first Grand Champion show dog but more importantly a line which were versatile workers - having a natural cast, balance and eye.

Thank you for visiting our Breeder Listing - Nuwarra Australian Cattle Dogs. We have owned &trained ACD’s since 1992. We loved them so much we moved into showing and become registered ANKC breeders. We are situated in the beautiful Hawkesbury Valley, near Windsor in NSW, our dogs live on acreage.

We don't breed often, but when we do, we breed the very best Australian Cattle Dog with correct structure, beautiful boofy heads with excellent temperaments. As anyone who has been owned by an ACD knows, once you have owned one there is no other breed. They become your life and your best mate forever.

Our dogs are our life, we put a lot of time into our dogs. All our dogs are so loved, they are our family. We love to do obedience, showing and fun with our dogs.

So many have thrived on their training and love people, that they have been chosen for TV adds where they work off lead on a very busy film set with lots of people.

My parents had cattledogs before I was born, my childhood guardian was my dads dog Blue, always beside me.

We began with our first pedigreed Australian Cattledog, Berrilyn Blue Debutant in 1982.

She became my daughter's shadow as Hilton intended, our Grand kids have always known the joy and comfort of her descendants to share their childhood.

Her first pup Azrar Blue Misty went Best in Show Puppy at Singleton and went on to 2nd at Sydney Royal, Her sires sister went Challenge Bitch.
We have aimed to continue the heritage of Debbi, Misty and Bindi to keep their descendants to the excellence we started with thanks to Hilton Sinclair all those years ago.

We still have occasional litters available tracing back to not only Debutant but her cousin Aust Ch Jellendor Dean Lukin.

Australian Cattledogs are incredibly smart, loyal, protective of you, your family and eager to please.

Exciting update.
Our Minor Puppy Bitch Azrar Echo Blu Lady was 2nd in her class and our Minor Puppy Dog, Azrar Blu Phantom Echo Won his class and then, Minor in Show, and my 8 Month old Puppy Dog, Darshu Storm Herald, Won Puppy In Show and Challage Dog at the 2014 Australian Cattle Dog Society Easter specialty show with 100 entries!

I am thrilled Robyn Spargo entrusted us with this amazing boy and wish her continued success with her unforgettable boy CH Pureheel Royal Echo, who left me a legacy of lovely puppies.

In July 2021 we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our Kennel prefix -- Warrukadli. Why is Warrukadli or kennel name? Warrukadli is the Kaurna Aboriginal people's word for dingo. The territory of the Kaurna included the Coonawarra wine growing region -- well known for its internationally recognized Australian wines!

We have two males available for stud. Po is prcd Pattern A and pll clear and Diesel is prcd Pattern B and pll clear. Both are only available to approved females.

We currently show two females - Australian Supreme Champion Blue Sapphire (Sonar) and Australian Champion Warrukadli Vapor Trail.

Erudite Kennels are focused of producing Australian Cattle Dogs with functionality, without foregoing the original working type.

At MOOREVALLEY, We have only a very small breeding program that consists of our personal dogs we use on our farm.

Our emphasis is to produce a working livestock dog that can be utilized in working fields as well as a well balanced family dog with clear health. Our pups are raised on a farm and have been exposed to goats, sheep, cattle, horses, cats, chickens, birds and the most important which is our kids. We breed to improve the breed and working ability and our dogs need to have sound temperaments to not only help us work our livestock, but to also be great pets around our family.
