Australian Cattle Dogs that excel in the show ring and in the home.

Lonerun ACD’s is situated just north of Adelaide in South Australia.
I only have a small number of dogs, all who live as part of the family. I breed primarily for myself for the show ring, with the emphasis being on

Soundness – the ability to work all day however harsh the conditions.

Movement – to gait freely with the minium of up and down movement, covering the maximum amount of ground with the minimum amount of effort.

Type – loss of type means loss of movement/soundness and working ability.

Temperment – nervous, aggresive or highly excitable dogs can be unreliable in the show ring, in the home or in the paddock.

The Standard – the blueprint of the breed.

I have successfully campaigned my dogs in 6 states/territory of Australia.

All dogs are PRA DNA tested or are PRA obligate free and Baer tested.

Small private kennel occasionally breeding quality pups for temperament and trainability.

All my dogs are companions who join me in dog training classes, conformation shows, obedience trials, fun around the farm and life on the lounge!

My aim is to breed sound strong dogs with good conformation and great temperament, that are a pleasure to have around. Pups that can be show champions, obedience winners, working dogs or just great interactive family pets.

Quality red and blue pups sometimes available to select homes. All homes screened for suitability.

Although space and physical exercise are important, and swimming facilities would be high on a cattle dogs fun things to do list, interactive owners who spend time with, and do things with their dogs are more important. Cattle Dogs are great problem solvers, so mental stimulation is extremely important. If you don't provide it your cattle dog my instigate his own!

Here at KhaleesiPark we are a small time breeder and campaigner of the Australian Cattle Dog. We invest so much time, money and research into our breed and are passionate exhibitors. Our dogs enjoy sledding, casual agility, odd herding practice days, playing at the beach and sleeping on the couch.

We are a small country based breeder of Australian Cattle Dogs. Our parent dogs have both been sourced from different states and they are our family pets and companions. They both have outstanding temperaments and I’m being biased but are very intelligent and took to training incredibly well.

We have had an unexpected litter of seven puppies five females and two males born on 25/11/2023 so they will be ready to meet their forever families at the end of January. All puppies are red - they will come microchipped, vet checked, hearing tested and registered.

Quality dogs with looks, brains and big hearts.
