We have been in the show world for over twenty years and started out with our Kangal Dogs.
We competed successfully to show level with our Kangal Dogs but they all retired and then sadly passed away.
Along came Gemma our Golden Retriever and she was the start of my love of obedience, rally and agility. Gemma gained her rally novice title but unfortunately due to an injury had to retire.
Then along came our first Border Collie (Tux) and shortly after our second (Issy). Both Tux and Issy have competed in the show ring and Tux in the obedience ring. They are both now training in agility. They will continue to compete in both show and sports rings. While we are new to the Border Collie World they have been a love of ours for a long time due to my sister having them for over 30 years. We were lucky enough to find a wonderful breeder and mentor in Tux's breeder and she continues to help and guide us in our Border Collie journey.

Xeroth Border Collies is a small Dogs NSW registered breeder and exhibitor of border collies. We do not have puppies often as our main goal is to retain a puppy from each litter to better the next generation and assist other reputable breeders in our joint venture of improving health, temperament and conformation of the breed here in Australia and Overseas.

When we do have a litter, they are raised using ENS and ESI along with a strict adherence to the Puppy Culture Protocols and other socialisation and habituation processes to ensure each puppy will be set up with the skills to adapt to their future lives.

We also start the foundations of toilet training, crate training, obedience, clicker training, grooming, manding and leash walking.

All of our breeding dogs are fully DNA tested to rule out testable genetic diseases. They also have their joints x-rayed to ensure that they will not genetically predispose any puppies to joint issues like Hip Dysplasia.

My grandfather had working dogs for moving cattle, while my grandmother bred Australian Silky Terriers.
I think I've got the best of both worlds in our gorgeous Border Collies!

We are based in Western Victoria, not too far from Melbourne. Although we currently live in the suburbs, our dogs regularly visit our family farm 30 minutes away where we have horses and Australian White Sheep.

We have two Border Collie girls, Queenie (blue merle) and Penny (black/white). Queenie is a true farm dog and lives on-farm, and Penny competes in conformation shows and lives with us.

All puppies are raised in our home and will be registered with the ANKC, microchipped, wormed, vaccinated and health tested. Our breeding dogs are fully health tested for all genetic diseases within Border Collies, and are hip & elbow scored.

We are a small breeder currently living in Rocksberg after spending our last 20+ years in the Scenic Rim.
As a Veterinary Nurse I bought my first Border Collie pup Shep 40 years ago and have been in love with the breed ever since. We have also owned and shown our wonderful Kangal Dogs over the years.
Our beautiful girl Lacey (KOLORKO BING IT ON AGAIN) is 3 years old and was raised on a Thoroughbred Stud, constantly by my side whether on the buggy/quad doing the feed run, helping bringing the mares and foals in for vetting or keeping a watchful eye on the farrier in case she might get some hoof trimmings:)

Our first litter born 5/7/22 have all gone to some amazing homes throughout Australia and we love hearing how they well they have all fitted in with their new families and love getting updates from them.
We have kept Nash (Chaymagika Ezekiel Nash) from this litter and look forward taking him in the showring.
