KIESERHUND

Kieserhund German Shepherds are bred specifically for temperament, although I aim to breed good looking dogs my main purpose is to breed sound dogs in health and temperament with a desire to work. Most of all breeders pups go to pet homes with only a small percentage going in the show ring, so I feel that temperament is of the utmost importance as these pups will be around children and families and need to be very sound in character, trustworthy, loyal and protective.
All Kieserhund puppies are raised in a family environment, are well socialised and temperament tested prior to going to their new homes, I hand pick each puppy to suit each new owner and offer ongoing help and advice. I was a committee member of the German Shepherd Dog Club of Qld for 3 years aiding in improving the breed and responsible ownership. Kieserhund has been awarded the bronze medal for dogs bred and put through the German Shepherd National Council Hip and Elbow Scheme.We have also been awarded "Accredited Breeder" status with Dogs Australia (Canine Control Council of Queensland)for meeting the required Veterinary, Health & Welfare, buyer and breeder recommendations. VOMAMBACH

We are a small Kennel that breed Quality Working Line German Shepherd Dogs.

We are members of the Scenic Rim Dog Sport Club and are Accredited Breeders with Dogs Queensland. All our dogs are hip and elbow x-rayed and and DNA tested. We are active trainers and competitors in IGP,( Obedience, Tracking and Protection,) We do work and title our females before they join our breeding program.Our aim is to produce proven healthy dogs with stable temperaments, high to medium drive, with the aptitude to excel in any task.

Our Pups are brought up in a family environment and are well balanced, confident and well socialised with other dogs, animals and children.

They will be well suited to all working applications. IGP / Schutzhund, Dog-Sport, Personal Protection Duties and will make great Family Dogs and Companions.

All our girls come from impeccable bloodlines as are the sires.

Our puppies will be wormed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, DNA tested and come
with ANKC Pedigree Papers and comprehensive Puppy Information Pack

After 30 years of owning and training German Shepherds for both competitive Obedience and Showing my daughter and I have decided to make our contribution to the improvement of the breed.

Our mission is to breed strong quality dogs, sound in both temperament and conformation who will be ideal for Showing/Obedience/Herding or fantastic as a family pet.

Our puppies are raised in our bedroom for 2 weeks then in our lounge room so that they can get the maximum exposure to our family with kids, cats and other dogs at 3 weeks they have safe supervised play time outside.

We adore our puppies and they get heaps of love.

We currently have a litter who was born on 21 August 2024, we have male puppies available.
