A lifetime of love for, and devotion to dogs!

Quality Cavaliers from 1978, Havanese joined Carnwath in 2002.
We led the way for Havanese in Victoria, and now have been joined by eight imports, ensuring genetic diversity in my lines.

My breeding program incorporates European and American bloodlines alongside the tried and tested lines already available within Australia. My dogs are carefully bred with health and temperament as priorities.

ALL resident breeding dogs are health tested for patellae luxation, healthy hearts and clear eyes. Imports and foundation dogs are all hip scored.

The boys are available at stud only to approved bitches.

I am qualified to judge all Toy Breeds, and am a Life Time Member of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Victoria, and foundation member of the Victorian Bichon Related Breeds Club.

I have been showing and breeding for 25 years along side my mum, with a few different breeds but since owning cresties and Havanese I've been on my own with the prefix Auskrest.
Havanese are the most wonderful breed you will ever come across,with there happy loving nature to life and alway wanting to please the family.
Since beening involved with these little guys from 2007,with a beautiful boy called Torza Grande Applause whom started my obsession with this breed and never looked back,as I'm happy showing this wonderful breed,Breeding isn't high on my list but somewhere down the track I will. In 2009 Myself and Lindsay Bolden imported a beautiful boy out of the UK which we had fun titling to his champion title in just 4 months of showing,more exciting news to come in the near future.
All my dogs are health tested and have DNA profiles

Meeting our first Havanese in the early 2000's - we were charmed by their temperaments, zest for life and their endless companionship. We were joined by our first Havanese "Lucy" - Ch. Carnwatch Alibrandi, and the story unfolded from there!

With nearing 40 years experience in dogs, Anne has had success in numerous breeds from the powerful and loyal Rottweiler, down the charming and effervecent Havanese, and was joined by her daughter Sarah a few years later, with Havanese joining her in her own home shortly after, as her elder dogs passed on. Dogs have been our "family" for multiple generations. We are both trainee judges for the Toy group (Group 1), and Sarah has given back to the junior handling world as a judge in this area for several years.

In present day, Anne & Sarah co-breed Havanese between them, and have a small team, much loved, who are as much their companions as show dogs. We focus on selective breeding that is qualitative for the betterment of the breed, as well as ethically and legally compliant practice.

Formerly known as Dekara Havanese I have joined my mothers Kennel in partnership to share in her wealth of knowledge having been in the dog world for over 40 years.
We are a small kennel that concentrate on quality over quantity.
We have had great success in the ring assisting other top Havanese kennels with campaigning their breeding to their Australian Championship title including many Class in group and Class in show awards along the way.
All our puppies are brought up in the family home socialised with children and our rather large cat from day one.

Rozate has owned a Havanese since 2016 and are smitted by this intelligent and wonderful breed. The Havanese fit right in with our Australian Shepherds (that we are better known for) and like to keep up with all the shenanigans here.

Our first Havanese 'Oshie' works at school with Kate and is the beloved mascot for the children who love to start their day with a pat.

Joining the family is Luna - Ngalla The Secret Princess - who is full of joy and happiness. We look forward to producing Havanese with sound temperaments, good health and the ability to be a wonderful first dog for families or a great companion for anyone.

We have welcomed Isabel to the Forangee show team.
