Labrador Silver Coat Colour Warning - The National Labrador Retriever Breed Council (Australia) has issued a position statement for the Silver (or Platinum / Charcoal) Coat Colour. The Labrador only has 3 recognised colours - (Black, Yellow and Liver/Chocolate).

We are a small kennel, breeding for conformation, temperament and working ability. Our dogs are all involved in either showing, retrieving trials or hunting, but most of all are our much loved pets. Puppies sometimes available to approved homes.

I am a small kennel located in Emerald, Victoria. I breed for temperament, soundness and type with the intention of keeping something from each litter to exhibit. All our breeding stock are hip/elbow xrayed and are DNA tested. Our puppies are house raised with children, other animals and loving care. My dogs are an important part of my family. We are a small kennel consisting of 8 dogs at the moment. We only breed when we need a new pup to show which is about every 3 years.
We have had 4 Grand Champions including three generations of bitches. Our breeding is based on the Driftway lines as well as using one of the top stud dogs in the USA. Our two new editions are Ch Laskelsa Wild Destiny (Jai) and Ch Laskelsa Littl Diva (Georgia).
Georgia was Best of Breed at the Royal Melbourne Show, following in her mothers footsteps who won the same award 4 years earlier.

We are a small kennel situated in Hamilton, VIC (South West area of Victoria). We breed quality Labradors for the show ring and as well as the perfect family pet. Soundness, type and temperament is our aim. Our Labradors are apart of our family as the 4 legged type, along with our 2 legged children Riley and Jake!
Our main hobby is showing our labradors around Victoria and interstate to compare type and try to improve our own breeding lines by doing so.

We mainly breed black and yellow puppies with the occasional chocolate. All our Labradors are hip/elbow scored and have their DNA genetic profiles done for all the available genetic tests at this time (including EIC, PRA, HNKP etc)

Like many young couples, my boyfriend (now husband) adopted Gemma to start our lives together.

Our dogs are first & foremost our treasured family pets. They are our family dogs, & they, along with their puppies, are socialised & grow up on our 4 acres with our children aged 10, 8, & 6 years old.
Our children adore them as much as we do.

We are a small kennel based in rural south west Victoria at Macarthur between Hamilton and Pt Fairy and have been breeding since 1978.
We aim to breed quality sound all round Labradors who excel in temperament and trainability.
We much prefer a calm Labrador that has an exceptional temperament - our dogs are constantly with our young grand children and MUST have good temperaments.
We only breed 1-3 litters per year and chocolates as they 'pop' up. All our breeding stock have the appropriate clearances ie hips and elbows, genetic testing and eye certificates.

Unfortunately we can only show infrequently now due to chronic illness, but love getting out when we can.
