We are Exhibitors,Guardians and Breeders of the Beautiful breed, The Newfoundland, the most gentle of giants in the dog world!
We are located in the Beautiful Adelaide Hills of South Australia.

Our Newfoundlands are our Passion they are Loved and Treasured family members. We are owned by them, and love it ~

Temperament, Health and Sound Structure are of utmost importance to us, maintaining Breed type and correctness is our goal in our breeding programme.

Quality not Quantity is our Aim.

Amblebrook exhibit their dogs at Championship shows regularly through the year, with much enjoyment and success, we are proud of all our dogs.

We travel regularly to keep informed of our Breed world wide and spend lots of researching and learning, it is a never ending quest and adventure to always be educating ourselves, and keeping up to date with all things Newfoundland, Health issues and breed lines in particular.

All dogs that we intend to breed from are health tested for hip and elbow displaysia, we also screen for cystinurea, results available on request.

We always strive for the best when breeding our Newfoundlands, Breed Type, Health, Soundness, Substantial Newfoundlands, with Beautifully Sweet Natures, to the Breed Standard. We breed for ourselves firstly, and as a result we have Puppies available to Breed educated,
knowledgable approved loving homes.

Quality Improvement is the key to any well run business and breeding excellent dogs is no exception.

Breeders of the 1st Australian Bred VN American Grand Champion

Established in 1989 the Newfashion prefix is held in high regard. We have continued to strive towards a best practice approach which has seen our breeding program go from strength to strength.
Our dogs are recognised locally and overseas as being fine examples of the breed and our stud males have been used extensively to reproduce true breed type in Australia, New Zealand, Italy and the USA.
Puppies are bred from imported lines which we have personally selected to compliment our breeding program, they are raised in a family environment with all effort being made to ensure that carry optimal health status.
In order to enhance our breeding program over the years, we have imported a number of dogs from various kennels around the world as well as importing semen from some of the best males in the breed.

Whilst we enjoy showing our dogs this is not our main focus, family and work commitments often prevent us from attending some events, however, we certainly make our presence felt when in attendance.

please note we do not keep puppy wait lists and we do not advertise litters, all enquiries should be made via phone call or email.

Home of the first Supreme Champion in South Australia and only one of 3 bitches to obtain this title in Australia.

I have had Newfoundlands in my life for over 35 years.
They roam free on acreage in the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula town of Myponga.
They have access to the house, as Newfoundlands love their people and should’nt be locked outside in pens.
As a versatile working breed, they not only compete in the show ring, but do scenting, carting and obedience.

I travel regularly to show my dogs. Winning Best in show at the 2023 NSW Newfoundland speciality show, Runner up in show 2022/2023 Victorian specialty show and numerous group and in show awards around South Australia.

My dogs are extensively health tested. Hips, elbows, DNA for Cystinuria and heart Doppler cleared.
Whilst I only breed occasionally, my pups are raised in a family home environment and are very well socialised before going to their forever homes.
