Zuleika is a boutique Finnish Lapphund kennel situated in Northern Tasmania. As our only breed, our dogs live in our home as part of our family, sleep on our beds, and enjoy two acres of rural land to frolick on. We are home to Tasmania's show history-making Finnish Lapphunds, Benni & Liina, and our matriarch Fleur. Active in the FL community, we are members of the Finnish Lapphund Club of Victoria, Lappalaiskoirat ry (Finland), and Southern Finnish Lapphund Society (UK). We breed selectively, producing puppies that are sound, healthy, and happy. Our puppies are born and raised in the home, where they welcome visitors, become accustomed to household noises and enjoy lots of cuddles. We use Puppy Culture protocols to ensure they are given the best possible start to life and join their new families as well adjusted young dogs. We welcome enquiries regarding puppies for companionship, show and sports. As a boutique kennel, we also rely on families who a willing to allow their Zuleika baby to be a part of our breeding program. All puppies come DNA tested for relevant hereditary diseases. Dam is Saskia - Ch Snofyre Legend of the Brave (AI) Sire is Icy - Snofyre Shape of You (AI) The sire and dam have some unique genetics from Finland and Denmark Puppies have had two vaccinations, are registered with Dogs NSW, microchipped and come with an extensive puppy pack, training information, 6 weeks pet insurance and lifetime support. All of my Lappies of breeding age are DNA tested and have hip and elbow scores as well as eye testing done before breeding, a copy of this comes with your puppy pack. The puppies have been raised with children and chickens. Open days are by appointment only and can be week days or weekends.
