Arya is a very beautiful young ridgeback bitch, with all the hallmarks of becoming a strong competitor. She has strong feminine head with a great outline, which will only get better as she matures. At her first 3 shows she achieved 3 reserve challenges from a young age. At her next show in a strong line up she achieved a 15 point challenge and runner up best of breed. I love watching her strut her stuff around the ring with her handler/breeder Barbara McVilly. Arya came back to showing from our last Covid lockdown at 21 months of age and has again proven herself by winning reserve challenge and next day going Best of breed , plus Intermediate in group at both shows. This beautiful young bitch continues to impress me with her strong movement and loving nature. Hopefully we wont have to wait long for her to get her title.
May 2022 Arya delivered 7 healthy puppies from a TCI implant. Puppies are red with little or no white on them. Out of the 7 puppies 5 were boys one of which is ridgeless. 2 girls both ridgeless one already spoken for.
After producing a wonderful litter of puppies, Arya returned to the showring, and gained her Australian champion title easily.
