Bronte is from our last litter. After 3 years out of the show ring she has finally decided she does like being shown. In August 2012 we entered her into a weekend of shows for the bearded collie interstate match. She has still only been shown a few times due to having a reaction to the whitening shampoo we used and then scratching out her coat. We then got Hudson in March 2013 and concentrated on getting him into the ring. She came out again for the Bearded Collie Champ show weekend in November 2013. Now that Hudson has the hang of showing we plan to enter Bronte in some more shows and take her along with him. So at 5 years of age her show career is about to start. While away from the show ring we did some basic obedience with her. At home she is a very cheeky dog and always wants to know what everyone is doing and if she feels it is not right she dobs. Especially on the cats. She is a Black Tri, there are not many born or shown in Australia. You can see the tri markings on her in this photo, she looks as if she has cream coat around the stifle but it is the tri markings faded off. She only has white feet on the front and toes on the back! The rest is tan paled out to cream.
