Jewell is our eagerly awaited import from Belgium. She brings with her some wonderful "old' European lines and comes from one of the most well respected breeders in Europe. Jewell's mother Wrinkle Famous Alhavant won Best of Breed puppy at 2008 Crufts.

Due to a brown snake bite in early September 2012, Jewell's show season came to a halt. Miraculously she made a fully recovery although we have decided not to continue with her show career for now....instead she produced a stunning litter for us on August 8th,2013!

We have high hopes for this girl in the conformation ring in Australia, but as with all of the hounds here at Hunterhound, she will also enjoy time in harness and in the bush during tracking season.
