Lee was bred by Jill Saulbrey (Koterana)in Ballarat, Victoria out of Ch Kalan Kusmi, a daughter of the beautiful UK Champion import bitch Ch Uniquecottage Glengettie. 3 pups from this litter of 6 have become champions, and won BIS, BISS or ruBISS.
August 2012 - Lee wins best Junior IN SHOW at the NSW Cairn Terrier show under terrier specialist Mr. D. Hyde (ACT).
April 2013 - Lee wins ru Best In Show at the Terrier Championship show in ACT.
May 2013 - BISS at the largest Cairn Terrier show in Australia! Lee won BEST IN SHOW from an entry of 89, under UK breed specialist judge Mr Geoff Thomas (Tycadno, Wales), at the Cairn Terrier Club of Victoria Championship show and his son, Emeraldcity Adam Gilchrist won best Minor Puppy IN SHOW.
August 2013 - BISS - Lee wins the double!
Cairn Terrier Club of NSW Lee won BEST IN SHOW from an entry of 80, under UK breed specialist Iain Shaw (Honeyhall, Scotland). It was an honour to win BISS at the 50th show of this club.
May 2014 - Cairn Terrier club of Victoria show, under terrier specialist judge Mr. W Goldsworthy (NSW) Lee wins DCC from an excellent lineup of male cairn terriers!
May 2016 - Lee wins ru BEST IN SHOW under UK Breed specialist Mr Alan Felters at the Cairn Terrier club of Victoria show.
2018, 2019, 2020 - Lee wins Best Veteran In Show, NSW Cairn Terrier Club.
Feb 2022 - Lee wins best Veteran In Show at the NSW Cairn Club 'Robert Bartram memorial championship show' and his sons win Best Baby puppy dog and Best Minor Puppy.
Lee has sired litters for Emeraldcity as well as for other breeders and consistently produces typey cairns with a very good headpiece. Lee is tested Liver Shunt free and Von Willebrands disease Type 1 Clear.
Anyone who has visited us at Emeraldcity knows - we breed for QUALITY, not QUANTITY, and ensure that our pups have a great temperament, are well-socialised & used to living in a happy home. All pups are liver shunt tested, patella's are checked and dew claws removed. We carefully match our puppies to their new family based on puppy temperament tests and knowledge of the new owners. We offer advice, support & a guarantee of health to puppy families, and pups are sold with grooming equipment, food, toys & bedding. Our pups are socialised, paper & crate trained.
