This very special dog is my best mate. She has the intelligence to participate in anything that is asked of her and whilst she always has a mischievious twinkle in her eyes, she is a delight to own.

Chili had a brief show career before deciding to put her brain to work. She is currently trialling at Novice Dog level in obedience as well as learning tracking, agility and lure coursing for fun. Chili is a great example of the abilities of a well bred German Shepherd Dog.

Her critique from her last show, the 2005 Main Breed Exhibition, reads as follows "59cm An above medium size, medium strong bitch, of still good proportions. Level wither, firm back while the croup is of good length it should be set slightly less steep. The upper arm should be longer and better angled, very good hindquarter angulation. Stands correct in front with balanced chest proportions. Good head and expression, very good eye colour and good ear carriage. Steps correct at rear whereby both the hock joints and elbows should remain slightly firmer. During movement shows a good ground covering gait whereby ideally the ligamentation over the back should remain further" Graded Very Good - Mrs Joylene Neddermeyer
