Since titling Teak in August 2015, she continues to attain some lovely results in limited showing at Specialities and Royals including 2nd Melbourne Royal 2016, 2nd Adelaide Royal 2016, 2nd Border Collie Champ show 2016, 3rd at Adelaide Royal 2015, 3rd at Melbourne Royal 2015 and 2nd at Border Collie Champ Show 2015! This bitch is renowned for her OUTSTANDING movement in the ring, though she is not an animated bitch.
"Teak" is the new addition to the "Steadfast" clan and the long awaited female puppy retained from Shimmer's 2nd litter. Although I had researched who Shimmer's 2nd husband would be, our plans were upset when the progesterone test revealed a decision had to be made NOW. So we decided Oakley would be suitable (and handy) and this mating occurred. We were ecstatic when Shimmer delivered 9 healthy puppies, giving us a choice of 4 girls to pick from. Teak was always the outstanding puppy and we were delighted when she continued to be the pick of the litter. Teak has a gorgeous personality, a very biddable and loving temperament and conformation to match. We look forward to campaigning her.
