Puppies arrived 20 September 2024 between Archie (Langtry TC Full of Cheek) & Sasha (Jeszacia Cazjo Sasha). All puppies are traditional black and white. Our puppies are raised using puppy culture protocols from 3 days old.

We are striving to breed well-adjusted loyal dogs, with good conformation and excellent temperaments to suit a variety of sports or just as a family companion. Dogs that are resilient and able to handle everyday challenges and stresses. They may also be suitable for show, obedience, agility and herding.

We also offer a lifetime genetic health guarantee that are life threatening or seriously disabling.

Our adult dogs are fully DNA breed profiled for diseases and traits. Any pup sold on mains register will also be fully DNA profiled prior to going to their new homes. Our adult breeding dogs are also hip & elbow scored prior to breeding. All breeding dogs will be re-tested for any new diseases or traits that become available.

Our dogs will never be mated to same carriers ensuring none of our puppies can ever develop these diseases.

My love for Border collies started 28yrs ago with two pet borders that watched my children grow. I was so amazed how tenderly they where around each one of my children as babies. Always gentle and tolerant of anything my toddlers (at the time)put them through. This won me over many years ago. They are such fantastic dogs, but also Borders are so much more than family pets, they are not just highly intelligent, but also loyal and very teachable, each with their own unique personalities. Duszah Border Collies is located in a small locality known as Bumbaldry. We are 25kms from Cowra in central NSW. We believe there is no truer bond than one of a border collie. They are wonderfully faithful, loving and hugely intelligent pets.

Obedience, herding, agility, fly ball, showing, best friend or pet. Duszah's beautiful family have parentage/linage in each of these.

Future litter colour expectancies ~ Blk, Chocolate, Blue, Red, Choc Merle, Blue Merle and tri. There are many different colours possible from our family, however these are merely a personal preference to families. The colours do not in any way change the nature or personality of the dog! Conformation, type and temperament are second to none. Please look at colour as a bonus, not end all when choosing. In saying that, wait for what you like, it's your puppy. :)

We are a small rural breeder and all our pups are very well socialised. They are raised on our farm with small children, chickens, horses and cats. Woombye Border Collie pups are wormed every two weeks and will be vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked for health before leaving for their new homes. The parents have tested free of the Border Collie diseases and have low hip and elbow scores.

All puppies come with a food and information pack.

With over 40 YEARS experience in the breeding and exhibition of world class Border Collies i have exciting news at Bordalace for 2024. I am expecting puppies in mid October and they will be ready to go to their new famies during the Christmas holidays.

The litter has been bred so I can keep one, hopefully a girl, and pet owners and families will benefit from my knowledge of breeding correct , healthy, sound Border Collies with great temperaments when purchasing their forever puppy.

At Bordalace I do not breed for colour and chose dogs that carry no DNA markers for any disease. I have 3 cats that fit this criteria. Instead I use dogs that FIT THE BREED STANDARD and carry the hallmarks that make up a Border Collie and produce puppies that will not develop a known major disease that we DNA test for.

FULL C.T. scan of body
Eyes physically checked by a Specialist

Our puppies are $3500 pedigree registered with papers on the limited register. They will come with a huge puppy pack valued at over $400. They will be vaccinated microchipped, wormed and health checked.
Their parents are dna tested and clear. So they won’t be affected by any of the hereditary diseases.

Our dogs are raised on 36 acres as part of the family. We have insulted night kennels for their safety in the evenings and during the day they live on the acres and with us. So have free access to enjoy life all day. We will lock them away on some days for a couple hours for their safety if we know we are having a busy day with visitors or parties and if they’re in heat.

A couple of the dogs will stay inside at night but as a pack of 9 dogs it’s just too many for all of them to stay inside and have access to outside in the evenings.

Our puppies are raised inside our home from birth to around 3 weeks old and then moved to our under cover verandah and large insulted whelping kennels. Once they’re 4-5 weeks of age during the nice weather days they’ll be set up in the grass playpen and back in the large kennels at night.
5-6 weeks we start taking them for small drives in the car and get them used to noises and movement. 6-7 weeks we will do a bigger play day/ open day with them.
And 7-8 weeks we start more one on one crate training them for 10-20 mins at a night and we also try to more intensive toilet training with them. We have large folder with all information.
