I have been a consistent breeder of quality cockers since 1973 with Glenayden Cockers making their presence felt in the show ring & is well known around the word. Our cockers have now won sixteen royal challenges & numerous BIS Cocker Speciality shows, ACT Royal Best In Show winner plus the cream of the cream BEST IN SHOW MELBOURNE ROYAL SHOW 2006, entry of 4043 dogs & in the same year BEST IN SHOW 12th NATIONAL SHOW held in NSW, along with many major city shows to our credit. We have enjoyed BIS at five Cocker Nationals with two RU awards, this event always judged by a Cocker Spaniel Expert from the UK, the mother country of the breed.
Our cockers have the true cocker temperament making them excellent pets for the family. We have imported stock to ensure our high standards are maintained. We breed when we need new stock so quality not quantity, Inspection invited by appointment, our premises are clean and well managed. Our small team of happy cockers are a pleasure to be loved by, our aim is to enjoy the breed and promote the 'Cocker Spaniel' to those who also love the breed as we do.

Our kennel has been selected to be a Advance Ambassador 2006 - 2022 our dogs thrive on Advance with the proof being their overall health & excellent condition. Our puppies are raised on Advance Puppy Chicken setting their health and condition for the rest of their life which is so important to ensure they are raised with the best dog food on the market.

GLENBROOK COCKER SPANIELS
Glenbrook Cocker Spaniels is on the Mornington Peninsula, in Safety Beach.
I ventured into the show ring in 2006 and have now titled thirteen of my home bred dogs. I am proud of that achievement. In 2016 my dogs won first, second and third best cocker spaniel at the Royal Melbourne Show. This was the most amazing experience and the greatest positive feedback I have ever received.
My breeding focus is on temperament and type and I pride myself in bringing the beautiful personality of the cocker to the forefront. In order to continue to develop the breed type I have imported dogs from both the United Kingdom and France. Their offspring is currently being shown by other exhibitors and are enhancing our future breeding.
To ensure that our puppies grow into healthy companion dogs I encourage our new adoptive parents to visit each weekend to bond with their puppy and to learn how best to support the growth and development of their puppy.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a beautiful litter of puppies from Bffurever Polly Wot a Cracker & Ch Occuli Distinctive Look (with thanks to Gerda Wayenberg of Apeldoorn Kennels). Backed by great pedigrees both parents have had full breed profiles completed & are negative to AN, FN, PRA & AON, ensuring the puppies will not be effected by these diseases. Polly has also been hip scored with her score under the breed average.

Our puppies are happy healthy babies, raised in our family home with all the sights, smells & sounds of a busy family home. They receive loads of cuddles & lots of playtime inside & outside depending on the weather. They are raised on Royal Canin, Advance & fresh food. Puppies leave the nest wormed regularly, microchipped, vaccinated, with a puppy pack, including kibble, toys, a blankie, a lead, their individual folders that contain their parents Pedigree & DNA health tests, puppy's vet health check with immunisation records, an information booklet on key topics in raising your puppy, information on their developmental stages & detailed information on the right level of exercise and play as they grow. After the successful two litters I had this year, with the fantastic feedback from owners, I have decided to have another litter.
I get so much joy from puppies and making families happy, it's a must.
As always every male and female I own are clear for PRA, FN, AON, great temperaments and adhere to the cocker spaniel standard.
The puppies will be available on main register for anyone who wants to show. The male and female will be matched by pedigree and in-depth conversations with cocker specialists.

Colour, I almost forgot, black, gold, of course from solid lines. Meaning solid colours to avoid what we refer to as mismarks, example black with some white or gold with some white. Not to be confused with parti colours, example, blue roan , orange roan, liver roan. I will also have a parti litter from two parti colours dam and sire.

From fully imported bloodlines they have been bred for their natural working ability and performance in the field. These dogs will excel in traditional gundog Field and Retrieving disciplines, as well as non-traditional dog sports like Agility.

They will also do well in an active pet home (our own dogs live in the house and are first and foremost family pets). A lot of the same qualities like sound stable temperament, and trainability that we revere in our working dogs are equally as important in pets.

Peggy is a UK import (by the 2016 UK National Champion) and fine example of a Cocker spaniel who will hunt her heart out all day. She is an extremely stylish little dog that was very easy to train. She is actively run in Field Trials and is a FTW (Field Trial Winner) in both ANKC and WGAA competition. She is a very easy dog to have around the house and has that all important "off switch".

Lyrik is a locally bred dog (from two UK imports). He has a really easy-go-lucky nature and gets on with everyone and everything. He approaches everything he does with 110% enthusiasm and is actively competing in Retrieving and Agility trials.

Both parents have been fully health tested, including radiographic hip and elbow screening and DNA tested for all relevant conditions. Our puppies are raised and fully socialised in a family environment.
