Good health and temperament is the key to having long lasting fun with your dog. Therefore parent animals are health checked and the puppies will have started socialization, even before they come to you. These puppies are puppy culture puppies.
A young kennel that has produced champions, NRCA champions, obedience, rally-O and herding titled dogs.
The breeder Marianne Keller, has been active in dog sports and dog shows, as competitor, obedience head trainer, steward, herding judge and trainee conformation judge (group 6).
Marianne wants to remain in contact with the owners of her puppies.
Not a prolific rottweiler breeder, so unfortunately puppies won't be available all of the time.
My dogs have a good, self assured, but laid back temperament. Rottweilers and Shiba Inus need training and exercise and mine are no different.

STURMAZ Rottweilers are located in Newcastle, NSW. My family purchased our first Rottweiler back in 1988, since then I have owned and loved this very special breed.
Sturmaz Rottweilers hold membships with the Northern Districts Rottweiler club, The Rottweiler club of NSW and Dogs NSW. We enjoy exhibiting our dogs at Rottweiler specialty shows only. All our breeding stock are hip and elbow x-rayed and hold all relevant eye, mouth and JLPP certificates.
Our breeding program aims at producing dogs of excellent breed type with strong working drives, that are correct in structure with strong bones, compact powerfully built bodies, and large beautiful headpieces.
Our dogs must be healthy in genetics with a CORRECT Rottweiler temperament. To achieve these goals Sturmaz Rottweilers use only the best lines in Australia and throughout the world, both in working and show lines which we consider the upmost of importance in keeping the Rottweiler as its intended purpose.

Sadly we feel the time has come to cease breeding so there will no longer be any puppies available. This being due to now have had 3 knee replacements along with being diagnosed with an auto immune.

This does not mean that we no longer take a big interest in the breed as I have been and always will be a rottweiler person.
Our remaining 5 dogs are nearly all seniors now. They will live out their lives here on the farm and in our home as much loved family members.
I am always available for information in regards to the breed.

As an obedience trainer and instructor our puppies and occasional young adults leave us well behaved and socialable and are easily adapted into family situations. With this we are always available for advice and training tips to help new owners understand and learn to live with this wonderful breed The Rottweiler

Our dogs are foremost our companion dogs and showing and any litters that may result from our dogs are for our personal pleasure only.

We only breed for ourselves. We are not a commercial kennel

Any puppies that become available as a result of our breeding are homed out accordingly as Companion/Family dogs and are placed, and will remain on Limitered Registration papers with our state kennel body Dogs NSW.
