Australian Champion Triblu Star of Gold (Star) is Triblu Collies first home bred Champion. Star was the first to be born in the litter of 10 and remained my pick or should I say I remained her pick. Star's real showing career started in Queensland when we were visiting her litter sister (Triblu Magic Flame). Star managed a credible 2nd place at the Toowomba Royal to her litter sister. Then at the following shows Star got her first Champion Puppy in Group at only 6 months and 1 week old having to compete against her litter sister for puppy of breed. Star has achieved more than 10 classes in group and placings in Sweep Stakes but was not able to crack an in show award. Star spent many months out of the ring due to wanting puppies so much that she convinced herself that after each season she was going to have them. She was out of coat for most of the year so she was only able to be show for around 4 months a year. Our lovely Star girl got her title just before her 4th birthday and now only goes to shows when she feels like it. In April 2004 the Price family of Canberra allowed Star to share their home and is now very much one of their family. Thank you.
