Terms and Conditions of Membership
Please fully read

Terms and Conditions of Membership
before applying.
Our membership system has been set up to provide registered dog breeders and show dog exhibitors in Australia a means of adding and changing their details on this site for the purposes of advertising. Our breeder/exhibitor membership system does not provide any other purpose or benefit.
New Zealand residents need to join the New Zealand site.
Membership
of Dogz Online is ONLY open to
- 1. Registered
breeders who wish to appear in our breeder's directory (ie they
must have a breeders prefix registered with the appropriate
ANKC canine controlling authority in Australia)
AND / OR
People who have a pedigree dog(s) which they actively show and want to showcase their dog's achievements on our site via our dog profiles or enter our pointscore competition. (You will need to upgrade your free membership to have dog profiles on the site.)
- 2. Financial
members of the ANKC Official Canine Controlling Body of their state
or territory. (If your membership to the controlling body is cancelled or suspended, you will no longer be eligible for membership to Dogz Online and your details will be removed.)
- 3. Permanent residents of Australia. Unfortunately no memberships can be accepted from other countries.
Conditions of Membership
- Please ensure you are aware of our membership options before signing up.
- You need to have a current registered breeder's prefix before submitting a litter notice. (ie it cannot be 'pending').
- You need to be the registered owner of the bitch who is having the litter in order to place a litter notice.
- Members must not have had any complaint made against them for any act of cruelty or neglect of their dogs.
- Any information that is entered into our membership system must be accurate (to the best of your knowledge) and must not be misleading in any way.
- Membership is for your sole use only. You cannot for example, list a litter notice for another breeder on your membership, or include a dog profile on behalf of another person. They need to get their own membership. (If they do not have internet access, you are permitted to create a separate membership for them and manage it for them on their behalf).
- If at any time during your membership with us, you are suspended from a state ANKC controlling body, you are no longer eligible to be listed on our site and must immediately inform us. We also reserve the right to refuse your future membership of our site (irrespective of whether your membership of the state ANKC controlling body has been re-instated).
- By becoming a member, you agree to keep your details current (especially your email address).
- This site is only to be used for advertising ANKC recognised breeds.
- A profile of a dog can only be listed once on the site. If there is any dispute of whether a dog can appear on the site or not, the current registered owner (as per the registration certificate) will have final say. In the case of a disagreement between joint owners, the dog will not appear on the site.
- Refunds - No refunds will be given once any advertisement (or dog profile) has been placed by you on the site.
- We reserve the right to edit any listing at any time without notification to you.

Dogz Online Pty Ltd reserves the right to delete, alter or refuse any listing or membership at any time without prior notification. If your membership is cancelled because of this, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any monies paid. No correspondence will be entered into.
**************************************************** - You give us explicit permission to check with any canine organisation or club to verify your membership of same if you advise us that you are a member of that organisation/club.
- Our web site terms and conditions of use form part of the membership conditions.
- We reserve the right to change these conditions (or any paid advertising options) at any time in the future without individual notice to you.

Please note - We are not automatically accepting
any new listings for these breeds.
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- British Bulldog
- Dogue de Bordeaux
- French Bulldog
- Great Dane
- Poodle (Toy)
- Poodle (Miniature)
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- West Highland White Terrier
If you wish to either have a Breeder Listing and/or Puppies for Sale notice for any of the above breeds, please contact us before upgrading.
We will need a few lines advising how long you have been breeding this breed, whether you belong to any breed club and also what activities you participate in with your dog(s).
Please note though that we are generally not accepting new listings for the above breeds.
If you join and upgrade before obtaining our written approval, a $10 administration fee will be charged for any refund that is required.
We are the only ones who can add the above breeds to your listing.
