Australian Champion Glenayden Totally Wild

Bailey in his hey day was a fantastic true Cocker in every way. He loved to show and never ever let us down.

He was a striking light blue dog with correct level top line and tail set, true coming and going with a short compact body, big ribs, deep body, lovely bone and feet.

Bailey won at the highest levels under both local & overseas judges who appreciated this dog as a merry Cocker with outstanding showmanship.

A few of his highlights were puppy in show under Angela Hackett at the Seventh National show 1996 and Dog Challenge, BOB and RUBIG at Sydney Royal - a fantastic win and one we will never forget.

Bailey achieved this after recovering from an accident involving our trailer, we were run off the road by a truck on a country road, the trailer came off the car and Bailey was thrown out of it and went missing for some 7 hours in the bush. We found him some 6 kilometres from the accident scene running free in the hills his coat was mangled and full of burrs but apart from a scratch to his inner thigh he was not injured - when he saw us he just wagged his tail madly and we burst into tears - he really lived up to his name of TOTALLY WILD!! for a while anyway.

He is now in retirement with Vic and Chris Smith and enjoying life by the beach. He is still a great dog and will be forever, he has 12 champion children to his credit and our current stock still go back to this wonderful dog - thank you Bailey for all you have given us xx.
