Duncan is only a part-time male model; his preferred occupation is that of family pet, a role at which he excels. Despite this he has been successful in the show ring, he was awarded his title of Australian Champion at fourteen months and has been a consistant performer since then. He has a typical Labrador temperament, likes all people and most dogs, fun and games anytime and is particularly addicted to water. He took a year off from the show ring to venture into Obedience Trialing, an activity that is at times somewhat at odds with the male Labrador temperament but did manage to obtain the postnominal of CD. On return to the show ring he has continued to impress and recently obtained his Grand Champion
