On the weekend of 12 June 2010, Gus entered the show-ring with a bang!
At 3 shows, Gus won baby puppy of breed each time over 6 other puppies. At 2 of them, Gus went on to win back to back BEST BABY PUPPY IN SHOW at both the ACT Gundog Society Championship show in the morning and the ACT Ladies Kennel Club All Breeds Championship show in the afternoon.
Gus achieved his title before 14 months of age beating many older and champion dogs along the way. We are very proud of our home bred male champion! His movement is a real hallmark and a pleasure to watch.

"4.5mth old yellow male of excellent type, who showed like
an experienced campaigner. Very good head and expression.
Muzzle could do with a little more fill. Excellent neck into excellent
forequarters. Excellent topline and tailset. Good strong bone,
and excellent ribcage. Short coupled. Excellent hindquarter angulations,
with broad thighs and short hocks. All of the combined to show
correct movement throughout. Very good coat for his age.
An easy winner in this class, and a puppy with a very bright future."
