My stunning boy is awarded a remarkable 2nd in Best Gaited at the 5th Border Collie National (2019) in Sydney out of 37 of the country's best moving dogs. What an achievement!! He also got 5th in a competitive Aus Bred dog class!!!!

"Madra" wins Aus Bred Dog Class at Melbourne Show and the Border Collie Champ Show 2018
"Madra" is awarded 2nd in Aus Bred class (biggest dog class of the day-23 dogs) at the prestigious Border Collie National in June 2016.
"Madra" is awarded RESERVE CHALLENGE DOG and RUNNER-UP BREED at the Royal Adelaide Show 2016, also winning 1st Place in Aus Bred Class!!. He backs this up to his RESERVE CHALLENGE DOG and 1st Place in Aus Bred at Royal Adelaide Show 2015.
He has won his Aus Bred class at Royal Melbourne Show in 2016, 2015, 2017 and 2019 and Junior Class in 2014.

Madra is the result of a very determined Zephyr, having his way with a reluctant Shiloh. However, the quality of the litter was such that when it came to part with Madra, I asked his new adopted family if it would be OK if he came to the occasional show with the rest of the Steadfast gang. His family were there to see him at the Royal Melbourne Show and were so impressed with him that they have allowed me to continue to show him. Madra has the most loving family home where he enjoys daily walks on the Torquay beach, meets many new doggy friends there and also accompanies his family in the car on their errands. His Mum Marie, Dad Brian, and children Dylan and Grace love him to bits and the puppy he is today is a credit to the loving way they have raised him. He is obedient and has a great temperment and he fits in so well with my other dogs when he accompanies me on a showing weekend. One Judge has already commented that he looks forward to seeing this boy when he matures...and so do I! I look forward to many fun times with this exuberant and well socialised boy.
