How to Start Using Dogz Pay
Step 1: Add your payout method
- Once you’ve logged into your Dogz Online profile, head to Member Section.
- Next, on your left, you will see a navigation menu where you will click on Dogz Pay. This will take you to the Dogz Pay page.
- At the bottom, look for Nominated Bank Account and proceed to add your preferred bank account details.
Step 2: Request a Payment
- When you’re ready to send a request, Request the puppy payment from your buyer by clicking the 'Request Payment' button on the same Dogz Pay page as mentioned above.
- Your puppy buyer will receive an email or SMS with the payment request and can complete payment via Debit or Credit card.
- Your puppy buyer will also receive an automatic invoice on your behalf.
Dogz Pay is free for breeders.
The amount you request from the buyer is the amount you will receive. Your puppy buyer will be charged a small card processing and protection fee, around 3.5% of your requested amount, which helps us cover any third-party costs. They also receive access to all new buyer features to be launched as well as access to exclusive owners resources, content, and discounts.
Step 3: Receive your money
- Once your buyer submits their payment, you will be immediately notified and the payment will be added to your Dogz Pay balance as seen on the Dogz Pay page.
- The payment will be cleared to your nominated bank account which can take up to 3 business days.
