Imxquisit Boston Terriers, in conjunction with Carlingford Park Riding Ponies, is set on 118 acres at Glendonbrook in the picturesque NSW Hunter Valley. After owning my first Boston almost 40 years ago it was to be many years before the time was again right to revisit our love for the American gentleman. Since 2014 my daughter Mikhaila and I have been showing our Bostons and in 2022 we decided we would reapply and operate under my original prefix ‘Imxquisit’ which was originally established in the early 1990's whilst showing and breeding Dobermanns. Whilst we only breed occasionally with the goal of retaining our next show puppy, our priority is to breed healthy, happy, home raised puppies with improvement of the breed our main objective. Our motto ‘Striving for Excellence’ symbolises our desire for continual improvement. Our focus on conformation, health, temperament and movement coupled with ambition and determination drives our passion and unadulterated love for the breed! Our Bostons are DNA health tested for Juvenile Cataracts, hip & spine radiography & scoring, Trachea x-rayed. Puppies are raised in our home as part of our family & are available to the best of loving homes only. Having been involved with the breed since 2018, we decided to breed for the love, devotion, and enjoyment of Boston's. Key goals of our bespoke breeding program is to preserve and improve the quality of the beautiful breed in Australia. We only breed when seeking to add a member to our show team. Our Boston's are bred true to type, with sound health and disposition, are intelligent and affectionate, with alert and lively temperaments. Our dogs undergo breed-relevant genetic screening and health assessment prior to mating. All our Boston's are cherished family members and reside in our family home. We concentrate on a small number of bostons, as quality matters most to us. Puppies are registered with Dogs Australia (ANKC) and socialised before going to their forever home with their chosen family/owner. Each puppy will come with their limited registration certificate (no breeding or showing), microchip, first vaccination, worming, health check certificate/s from our vet, a comprehensive customised welcome home puppy pack and ongoing support from us. My Bostons are part of our family, raised in our home with our children. All adults are tested for JHC, DM, patellas checked and BAER hearing tested. I also x-ray and screen tracheas, hips and spines. I'm committed to breeding healthy, happy pups and finding the very best homes for them to continue thriving. The babies are raised in our living room using puppy culture values, and will have begun toilet training from 3 weeks of age. They leave with their own BAER hearing test, puppy pack, vaccination, worming, microchip, pet insurance, and ongoing lifetime support.
