Valleyriver Kennels has been my passion and reason to be for nearly ten years. We live on a 5 acre block with tons of room for the dogs to run around and no neighbours within sight or sound. Our dogs are first and foremost our pets and they sleep inside with us - mostly on my bed! Our aim is to produce super healthy, show ring quality dogs. But nothing is more important to us than temperament. We want stunning dogs with that wonderful loving nature that the breed is famous for. All our dogs are DNA tested and clear and with no history of allergies Our foundation bitch is Keira (Foxestown Catherine Ellen). She has the very best bloodlines behind her and has a sister, brother, father, uncle, grandmother, grandfather etc all Champions in the show ring. We believe in line breeding but also import top quality semen to keep the Valleyriver line dynamic and improve the breed in NZ. Our puppies are sold with a contract stating they are not to be used for breeding or showing. However, we can easily lift the showing restriction. Valleyriver offers lifetime support to all our puppy families.
