Trenwyth Kennels was established in 1978 and is located in Beaudesert, Queensland, which is one hour south of Brisbane. I have been breeding and exhibiting rough collies under the TRENWYTH prefix for over 40 years, successfully combining top English and Australian bloodlines in all three colours.

I was the first collie rough breeder to be accredited by Dogs Queensland and am one of only two collie rough accredited breeders in Queensland. I have bred many Champions and Best In Show winners, both in Specialty and All Breeds Shows.

Sable, tri-colour and blue merle puppies are sometimes available to loving, forever homes. Puppies are raised in a loving home environment and are bred for good temperaments. They are well socialised with children and other pets. Trenwyth puppies come health and eye checked, microchipped, and with their first vaccination.

All puppies are registered with Dogs Queensland and puppies registered on the general register are DNA checked for parentage. Extensive information on diet and care is provided. Quotes can be obtained for air freight to interstate destinations, if required.

These pups will be registered with DogsNZ under our Kennel Dutian. They will have eye health screening with eye specialist, DNA testing, vaccinations, microchipping and health checks. We are truely blessed with a litter of blue merles and tri, the pups are born and raised in our house along with pup mom Sofi, dad Simba, and great uncle Sam (10yo). They get a lot of cuddles everyday so they will be used to being touched and handled. They are also exposed to usual household noises. We do absolutely our best to nurture them. We are looking for the absolute best of the best homes for them. However we are considering to keep one. We encourage you to come and meet the pups after their first vaccination (Wednesday 23/10). Coolabine is a small stud breeding quality Rough Collies in three colours. I have kept and bred Collies since 1967. In my breeding program, equal emphasis is placed on conformation and temperament. Dogs are located in a rural environment where exercise in an important part of daily routine. Pups are reared in the house, well socialized with other dogs and people, wormed regularly and will be registered on the main register, vaccinated, microchipped and eye tested prior to release to their forever home. A small, home-based kennel aiming to breed sound, happy smooth collies with a love of life and correct conformation, though rough collies are also expected from time to time They are also bred with other dog sports in mind, for example herding and obedience, although the smooth collie is suitable also for tracking and agility or just enjoyed as an adorable family companion.
We have been involved with the breed since 2008 beginning with the smooth collie Ch. Jencol Swing Ona Star PT “Nessa”. This young lady has been a great introduction to the breed and we now have her in our hearts and haven’t looked back!
We had our first litter of Border terriers, our first breed, in January of 2010, and Nessa was a fantastic nanny to them and still mothers “Casey” the pup we kept!
Our first litter of collies was born in February 2012 and we have now a very lovable boy in the mix. "Ryder" or Wiru Let It Ride is an enthusiatic part of family, eager to make his entry into the world of showing.

Coolabine Collies is please to offer for sale the first progeny of Wisewyn For You Are The Reason (imp Portuga)l . Available are 2 tricolour males who were born on the 11/8/24.
The pups were whelped in the house, are well socialized with people and other animals and have been health and eye checked, microchipped and vaccinated. The pups have been wormed fortnightly and will be registered on the main register with Dogs Queensland.
Both pups will be unaffected by CEA, PRA, DM and MDR1 by inheritance as the sire is genetically clear of these diseases.
The asking price of these pups is $2500 each.

we have available a tri colored boy looking for his forever home in a few weeks time. Now 6 weeks old, Yoda had a rough start being smaller than his litter mates, but he has come on in leaps and bounds.. Yoda is a cheeky, fun loving little chap that has a great zest for life.

His sister is possibly available{ awaiting DNA results}. She is a chunky girl, although she prefers to be called big boned. Fun loving, and affectionate.

Both these puppies have been raised in my home with other dogs, cats, had plenty of human visitors, and lots of handling. They are accustomed to brushing, nails trimming and being handled.

Their parents Rudi, and Dare are both smooth collies so they may not be as fluffy as other rough collies. Both parents have remarkable natures, intelligent and super affectionate. Dare is also a certified therapy dog, working with all ages, and abilities.

These two will be vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, eye tested {Ophthalmologist} and vet checked before they leave the nest. come with a comprehensive puppy pack, dogs victoria papers.

Puppies are currently 6 weeks old, so will be ready to leave the nest in a few weeks time

October update

I have a beautiful tri collie male pup waiting for his forever home. Hamish would most likely be good at dog sports like agility and fly ball. He is a delighlful pup.
Nanuq collies were born on the 21st july, 2024. The parents have had full genetic profiles completed and therefore these puppies will be clear of CEA., DM,

These puppies have been raised in a loving home environment and socialised with other dogs as well as lots of cuddles.

The puppies will come microchipped, health and eye checked, wormed 2nd weekly since birth and will have received their first and second vaccination. Puppies are being registered with Dogs Queensland.

Quotes can be obtained for puppies intended for interstate destinations.

The dam is Nanuq Enchanted Evening and the sire is Nanuq Lang Mae Yer Lum Reek (imp USA).
