Currallie Jack Russells is located on our Dorper sheep farm on the Darling Downs, QLD. My family’s unbroken association with these wonderful little dogs began in 1995 when we were living on a remote cattle station near Birdsville & sourced a special little girl as companion for our children who were schooled through the Distance Education & ‘on air’ system. As our Jack Russell family grew, so did my love for & interest in producing quality Jack Russell puppies for family, friends & other people to enjoy as companions or show dogs. My Jack Russells have friendly outgoing natures, are sound & healthy & carry excellent genetics. Being people orientated they keep us company whilst we carry out the various livestock, maintenance & gardening duties on our farm. My aim is to produce a small number of litters a year with emphasis on temperament, soundness & conformation. Positive feedback from people who have acquired a puppy from me has been most rewarding. Puppies are: *registered with Dogs QLD/ANKC *vaccinated with general vet health check at six weeks *micro-chipped at 7-8 weeks *wormed fortnightly from 2 weeks of age *given broad spectrum internal & external parasitic treatment prior going to their new home *diet supplementation consists of human grade lamb/beef mince, fresh goats' milk & quality puppy biscuits *much loved & well socialised *puppy owners offered ongoing support Wellcamp Airport only 20 mins away. A relative newcomer to breeding Westies I have been extremely fortunate to have been entrusted by reputable breeders with some of their excellent genetics. My first Westie Hastie arrived on our sheep farm in 2011. Hastie, son of an Imported dog is such an outgoing, happy, intelligent & people friendly fellow he converted me from a lifelong ambition to owg a companion Westie to that of an aspiring breeder. Having devoted my earlier life to the livestock industry in Western QLD, I appreciate the value of breeding only with healthy sound animals carrying quality genetics, correct conformation & being of stable, kind temperament. As my husband & I are in semi retirement mode, I am at home most of the time & am therefore able to offer my dogs a great life being involved in the activities of farm life & 'helping' in the garden etc. I take pride in breeding healthy outgoing socially adjusted puppies which go on to make themselves wonderful companions to people who really value & care for their dogs &/or other animals.
