My name is Elizabeth Regan and I have owned Collie Roughs for over 20 years. These dogs have been wonderful family pets and obedience work partners. IN 2007 I purchased my first show/obedience puppy. In 2009 I listed my own prefix. I have since bred 3 litters of carefully planned pups paying particular attention to their physical and emotional health.
