Alclare kennels is a small kennel that only breeds occasionally. We strive to keep true to the breed standard with temperament being number 1. Our dogs are reared in a loving family environment, they are family members first and successful show dogs second. All Dogs are Health tested for Hip, Elbows and eyes before breeding.

All of our dogs live in a family environment, with young children and lots of socialisation. We have many years of experience within the dog world and also formal qualifications in all things dogs to match.

ALCLARE KENNELS est 1976. We are a small family kennel, we have exhibited and breed Irish Setters and Collies in the past and then fell in love with Welsh Springer Spaniels, we purchased our first bitch in 1990 and from then on there has been no looking back, and couldn't imagine life without a welsh.
With many years experience with exhibiting dogs and the knowledge gained though the Diploma in Applied Science Animal Technology majoring in genetics and advanced breeding techniques, we are looking forward to the future.
