As a breeder registered with Dogs Victoria, we believe that subscribing to a strong ethical framework is important - as is the knowledge of an animal�s background and breeding that comes with choosing a pedigree dog. Our puppies are raised indoors, in a loving family environment. They are accustomed to children and handling. Puppies have had their initial vaccination and vet check and are microchipped prior to going to their new homes.

We are a family of dog lovers who have the good fortune to own and breed beautiful Labradors right here in Yarraville, Victoria. Our kennel name, Mangiato, is Italian and means �I am eating�,in a continuous sense. We believe that if Labradors were allowed to write their own mission statement (and were suave enough to speak Italian) mangiato would about sum it up! Each of our litters is named after a type of food. For example our girl Lucy's litter was named after toast spreads! Her name is Mangiato Nutella, meaning I'm eating Nutella. LABRADOR PUPPIES Due Due 23/12/2024, this litter of pups will be available to approved owners in February 2025. Applications are invited. Don't miss this opportunity to join the Mangiato Labrador family. All pups are partially toilet trained and are fully weaned. We breed specifically for a wonderful temperament and sound, healthy, family dogs. Many of our pups go to new homes to be trained as therapy and assistance dogs. Our puppies live and are raised with our family in our home in Yarraville (near the CBD). They are well socialised with other pets, children etc. Pups are vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed and come with unlimited registration with Dogs Vic. Each litter has a facebook group set up that owners are welcome to join. These forums allow owners to follow progress and celebrate milestones of their puppy’s and dogs with the owners of litter mates. MANGIATO Labradors frequently arranges play dates at the beach or park for litter mates of all previous litters to gather and have fun. Dam: Mangiato Nutella (Lucy) Lucy was bred by ourselves here at Mangiato Labradors and we couldn't be more proud of her. She's very connected to her people and has a wonderful sense of humour. Lucy is affectionate and even now that she's all grown up, is often found being held on our lap, fast asleep like a baby. Lucy has the same beautiful shiny coat as her mum Nel. This is typical of Nel's bloodline and all of Lucy's and Nel's pups share this same shiny, silky coat. Lucy loves to run and is a natural retriever. To say that Lucy is adored in this family is an understatement! We are very much looking forward to another litter of her puppies in our family.
