    I commenced showing beagles in 1969 and in 1980 l acquired my first American Cocker Spaniel.My first Sussex Spaniel arrived in 1999 and I have bred over 95 champions in the two breeds- mainly American Cocker Spaniels. In 2014 i purchased my first schipperke and 2020 will see the first schipperke litter at Sunfire.In 2019 i gained my all breeds judges licence

    Sunfire-a name well known in American Cocker and Sussex spaniels and we have now added schipperkes to the mix! First there was Speedi (Sup Ch Monterrez Star Kingdom ) Schipperke of the year 2019 -DOL Show dog of the year. He was followed by Sup Ch Monterrez Watch this Space and in 2019 after a visit to the Schipperke National in the USA in partnership with Marjory Adkins Graham Cruse and Neil Curwin Am Gr /Aust Supreme Ch Rivendel's Forged in Fire (imp USA) joined the team.2021 will see the first litter of Sunfire skips ! 2022 will see the start of our NBT breeding program incorporating our American lines
