Oldest most respected kennels specialising only in miniature wire Dachshunds. Tinsnips only breed occasionally and show intermittently but have had great success in the showring with over 30 Champions, as well as 2 Grand Champions campaigned by others and others are dual titled :NZ and Aust Champion dogs. More importantly Tinsnips dachshunds are loved and cherished for the gorgeous characters that they are!

Tinsnips Miniature Wire Dachshunds: "Any tougher we'd rust!!" Oldest most respected kennel renowned for quality NOT quantity. Working in with Wickerby (NZ) our Champion stock is being dual titled. Although not regularly showing as there is a life outside the ring we are the most successful kennel in Australia with wins on the board such as back to back Best in Show Speciality 2010, 2011. "Dolli" now holds a breed record for major Dachshund Speciality wins. We do not breed often and every breeding is planned and done for a purpose but there is the occasional puppy for sale. Please feel free to contact me and talk mini wires anytime. Wires are the dags of the dachshunds but be warned it is hard to stop at one !
